Why biogas

This world needs more energy. This world needs to handle growing streams of waste. Emissions of green house gases must be reduced. What if you could achieve all three goals of this in a cost-efficient, industrial-scale process?
This is what biogas offers.

Just like natural gas, biogas is mainly methane,CH4, but it is not a fossil fuel and does not add carbon dioxide to the atmosphere. Multiple forms of organic raw material can be used as input, preferably waste, and multiple forms of energy can be produced as output. Biogas can be used to replace natural gas, to replace petrol or to produce electricity and heat. Use the menu to the left to find out how biogas production sometimes can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 100 percent, why there is a large market for biogas and why it can be efficiently distributed and produced.
